Bodyweight Legs Training

Think of your legs as the chassis of a high-performance truck. You can have a Ferrari engine (chest/arms), but if your suspension (legs) is made of plywood, you’re going to shake apart on the highway.

We are ditching the high-rep air squats. That’s cardio, not lifting. We focus on unilateral torque. A Pistol Squat exposes weaknesses that a leg press lets you hide. A deficiency-exposing Lunge places more tension on your quads than most barbell movements. From explosive plyometrics to stabilizing glute bridges, this is how you build wheels that drive.
